About us

GelEnz was formed from a collaboration of academics and industrial partners, including University of Bristol, University of Bath, University of East Anglia, John Innes Centre, Unilever and Croda.

The research is lead by Professor Stephen Eichhorn providing a platform for a multi-disciplinary approach in solving a global sustainability issue.
